<description>Hi Ron I have just read your daily dose. This was relevant to me as I had a phone call from an old friend last weekend who I have not seen for 4 years in which time he has becone a chronic alcoholic, having lost my brother last year to alcoholism I can see the same pattern all over again, the living in the shadow lands as I call it ,the denial, the pity the victim perspective. I guess the thing that my friend and brother have in commom was that ordinary life was never enough. I am grateful today because its the weekend ( I have worked as a Probation Officer all week) I will go and see my beautiful horse in a minute and will spend my weekend appreciating the joy of being alive and healthy. Have a grand day Ron and I am so glad you jumped off the road of destruction.
Love&amp;respect
